BP003513: Human FLT3/Flk-2 Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human FLT3/Flk-2 Protein, (amino acids Asn27-Asn541) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human FLT3/Flk-2 protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 59.22 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-110 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human FLT3 protein with the C-His tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 12.3 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human FLT3/Flk-2 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human FLT3 Ligand protein with the C-hFc tag at 1 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human FLT3 protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 13.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test). The affinity constant of 0.18 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
